I have 16 years of experience in Information Technology mostly with high activity companies with 10-30% growth. Using my Project Management experience I have been successful developing critical business technology implementations with outstanding results. I have built successful teams across departments and implemented growth initiatives as operational business processes as opposed to projects.
● Experienced Project Management with 3 EHR deployments
● IT Integration of 230+ new and existing facilities
● Designed and built 2 data centers, Moved 2 data centers
● Project Management; conception, design, planning, and delivery
● Vendor management and Services procurement
● End to end infrastructure management; lifecycle management
● Implemented 3 support departments to fully functional with P&P
● Moved 5+ offices largest being 150+ users
● Designed and built low voltage infrastructure for 10+ office facilities
Currently I’m contracting at the Tennessee Department of Health as a project manager reporting to the Deputy CIO of Applications and assigned to the EPI project which focuses on bringing electronic health records to the state and metro public health clinics statewide.
Previously I spent two years at CareSpot, my second endeavor with the capital company Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. It’s was a busy 2 years with implementation of a Support group and field technicians, a technology refresh of 30 existing centers, 15 new centers and 6 center acquisitions. We also rolled out a state of the art EPM/EHR solution.
Working at RAI I had the opportunity to start a help-desk, build 2 data centers, and integrate EPM/EHR technology in 160 centers nationwide. One acquisition alone was 46 centers and was completed in 90 days. RAI recently has moved 3 regional offices into a new 54,000 square foot facility in Franklin, TN where I designed and managed the infrastructure construction of both telecom and network systems.
Experience prior to joining RAI included moving a manufacturing facility to a new location in Lebanon, TN, Building a 300,000 square foot state of the art distribution warehouse and Data Center in LaVergne, TN from the ground up, and 4 years of IT/Telecom experience at Ryerson Tull in Atlanta where I worked for 12 years.
Lets get together and discuss how I can “get things done” for your current endeavor.
